Contento Health is a content sharing platform application developed by Contento Health, Inc.. (“Contento Health”) Any use of Contento Health and its website (Jointly: “Contento Health”) are subject to these End User License Agreement (“Terms”), which constitutes a legal agreement between you and Contento Health. Please review the Terms carefully before using Contento Health. If you do not wish to accept all of the following terms, or you are under the age of 18, do not use Contento Health. None of Contento Health provides clinical or medical information that should be acted on without review and confirmation by your doctor. If you feel at any health risk please proceed to an Emergency Room and contact your doctor.
By using in any way, or any other use of Contento Health, you accept the Terms. The Terms may be changed from time to time, without prior notice, upon Contento Health’s sole discretion. Should you not agree with the change, please stop using Contento Health.
GENERAL LICENSE
Subject to you following the Terms of Use, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, limited right to access, use the current version of Contento Health, solely for your lawful, personal, and non-commercial use.
THIRD PARTY LINKS AND SERVICES
Third-party services and third-party services, which are not proprietary to Contento Health connected to it or under its control in any manner may be linked from Contento Health. The Third-Party Services are subject to its applicable terms and conditions. It is your responsibility to review the applicable terms and conditions, should you intend on accessing or using them in any manner. The Third-Party services terms and conditions constitute an agreement between you and the applicable third-party service provider.
IP
Contento Health Including its code, content, protocols, algorithms, logic, software, and documentation provided to you by Contento Health, and data gathered from its use shall remain Contento Health’s property who will retain all intellectual property right, title and interest in and to Contento Health, including, but not limited to, all trademarks, trade secrets, copyrights, trade names, proprietary rights, patents, titles, computer codes and moral rights, registered or not, and all applications and derivatives thereof. To the avoidance of doubt, any part of Contento Health, which is based on an open source license shall be subject to the applicable open source license.
RIGHTS AND LIMITATIONS
It is prohibited to use Contento Health, in any way in conflicting with the Terms. It is prohibited to rent, sell, lease, sublicense, distribute, assign, copy, or in any way transfer Contento Health for the benefit of any third party. It is allowed to create a backup for your own use.
You will not use any method, process or device, whether automatic or manual to interfere or attempt to interfere with Contento Health. You shall not violate or attempt to violate the security of Contento Health You shall not modify, reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or tamper with Contento Health, or attempt to do so for any reason. Unless specifically stated otherwise, you may not access, create or modify the source code Contento Health in any way, or to create derivative works. Any modifications or enhancements you create shall remain the sole property of Contento Health, Inc. unless specified otherwise.
You may not misrepresent the source of ownership of Contento Health.
The use of Contento Health is subject to applicable export control laws. It is prohibited to download or export or re-export into (or to a national or resident of) any country to which the U.S. has currently embargoed goods or to anyone on the U.S. Treasury Department’s list of Specially Designated Nationals or the U.S. Commerce Department’s Table of Deny Orders or any other use that contradicts any applicable export laws. You declare that and warrant that you are not located in, under the control of, or a national or resident of any such country or on any such list, and that you will otherwise comply with all applicable export control laws.
PRIVACY POLICY & ISSUES
You hereby agree to Contento Health’s Privacy Policy as it appears on the Contento Health website and as amended and updated from time to time upon Contento Health. Inc.’s sole discretion. Contento Health will not share any personally identifying information nor information at the individual level. Our goal is to combine all of our information to provide combined insights for each of us to see to help better understand ourselves and cannabis as an alternative to help in our health.
We do not collect personal information unless you voluntarily provide it to us. By “personal information” we mean data that is unique to an individual, such as a name, address, or telephone number. Any information we collect is used solely for the purpose stated on the page where it is collected.
TERMINATION
It is Contento Health’s sole discretion, to modify or discontinue or suspend your right to access or use of Contento Health or any other Contento Health’s product at any time. It is at Contento Health, Inc.’s sole discretion to suspend or terminate any license hereunder and disable Contento Health or any part of it at any time.
OPERATION
The operation of Contento Health requires a working internet connection. You may be required to register in order to use Wiz Convert. In that case, you are required to maintain the confidentiality of your user name and password. You are responsible for the actions performed under your account. You shall notify Contento Health, Inc. immediately in case of any unauthorized use of your account or any breach of security. Should Contento Health suspect that the security of your account is compromised, it may suspend or terminate your account and refuse any and all current or future use of the services and pursue any appropriate legal remedies.
Contento is not responsible for any loss incurred in connection with any misuse of any Password or User Name. The information you provide in process of the registration process must be accurate, complete, and up to date. If Contento Health suspects that the provided information is inaccurate, not current or not complete, it may suspend or terminate your use of Contento Health and pursue any appropriate legal remedies. ABE Labs has the right to use the provided information for the purposes described in these Terms.

Contento Health, Inc. GOVERNING LAW
Any dispute relating to Wiz Convert, the Terms, or ABE Labs shall be governed by the laws of the state of Israel, without regard to the conflicts of laws principles thereof. You hereby submit to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of Rockville, Maryland.
INDEMNIFICATION
You shall indemnify, defend and hold Contento Health, its parents, affiliate and subsidiary or affiliated companies, officers, directors, employees, consultants and agents harmless from and against any and all damages, losses, and expenses arising directly or indirectly from your acts and omissions to act in using Wiz Convert and/or your breach of these Terms.

Contento Health encourages and permits text links to content on the Contento Health website, www.contentohealth.com. However, the Contento Heath is an organization committed to the highest ethics and standards, both in fact and appearance. Therefore, the linking should not (a) suggest that Contento Health promotes or endorses any third party’s causes, ideas, political campaigns, websites, products or services, nor (b) use the Contento Health copyrighted information or Contento Health logo, trademarks, or service marks, other than such Contento Health Assessment logo link licensed on the Contento Health website, without the express written consent of Contento Health, Inc, nor (c) use the Contento Health content for commercial or fundraising purposes. We reserve the right to withdraw permission for any link at any time.

MISCELLANEOUS
These Terms are the complete agreement between you and Contento Health, Inc regarding Contento Health and it supersedes all prior agreements and representations between the parties.
